Course Information

Introduction

This five-day course gives managers practical skills to motivate their teams. You will learn to identify what drives each person, remove common demotivators, and build daily routines that sustain engagement. Content is focused on real interactions: one-to-one coaching, team design, recognition and simple measurement. Stronger motivation reduces turnover, improves delivery and makes everyday management easier.

Objectives

1. Assess team and individual motivation using a short diagnostic and interpret the results.
2. Diagnose root causes of disengagement and prioritise the highest-impact fixes.
3. Create individual motivation plans that link tasks, goals and recognition to each person’s drivers.
4. Lead coaching and feedback conversations that increase commitment and follow-through.
5. Define and track three practical metrics to measure motivation and test interventions.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
